HolidayLiveBooking is an online service for pricing, availability and management of booking for holiday let accommodation. For which an annual recurring subscription is charged.

Where a customer brings to our attention a defect with the HolidayLiveBooking software, we will endeavour to fix such errors, or provide work-rounds in a timely way, but by the nature of Information Technology defects no guarantee is made of how long such fixes will take to implement.

HolidayLiveBooking will at its sole discretion make periodic changes and updates to improve the system functionality and may choose to make such functionality available to some or all customers without further charge.

Where a customer has a need for specific functionality, or would like their functionality requirements implemented to specific timescales then further charges may apply. Where we plan to charge for work we will provide you an estimate in advance and require acceptance before work can begin.

(4) Acceptable use

You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with the same.

HolidayLiveBooking is a community of owners and accommodation agencies, clients must respect the business of other HolidayLiveBooking clients and should not act in a way which may cause any offence, conflict of interest or detriment within the community.

(5) Restricted access

Access to certain areas of our website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to other areas of our website and functionality at our discretion.

We provide clients with a user account and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website. You must ensure that the password provided is kept confidential. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

You are responsible for any activity on our website arising out of any failure to keep your security details confidential and may be held liable for any losses arising out of such a failure.

You must not use any other person's account and password to access our website.

(6) Limited warranties

We do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of the information published on this website; nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

You acknowledge that HolidayLiveBooking's software, servers and equipment may from time to time be inoperative or only partly operational as a consequence of mechanical breakdown, maintenance, hardware or software upgrades, telecommunication connectivity problems or other causes outside our control.

HolidayLiveBooking agrees to rectify problems of this nature and to restore the system to full operational capacity as soon as reasonably practicable, but makes no warranty in respect of how long this may take.

(8) Support Hours

We operate an ad-hoc email support service only. Clients who pay for telephone support must limit calls to 9am - 5pm weekdays only, unless otherwise invited. Our servers are monitored and supported 24hrs a day by our selected data centre team.

(9) Indemnity

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including, without limitation, legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms of use, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms of use.

(10) Breaches of these terms of use

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms of use, if you breach these terms of use in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

(11) Variation

We may revise these terms of use from time to time. Revised terms of use will apply to the use of our website from the date of publication of the revised terms of use on our website.
