Your information is kept securely on UK hosted servers, built secure by design, and treated like the crown jewels. We do not store or have access to any of your payment details.
We operate a non-disclosure policy in respect of your data. Unlike some other providers, your data is not for sale for any other purpose, and it will be used solely by the cottage owner you have booked your holiday with. Where you are asked if you would like to join a mailing list, that list is only available to your cottage owner and you may elect to come off that list at any time.
Our lead developer, has worked in IT for 30 years in many blue chip industries and has a keen interest in IT security, best practice, efficiency and ease of use.

We want you to be able to quickly find availability at a suitable price. So you just have to hover across any dates of interest to get the price.
To book, just tap, enter a few basic details to personalise your holiday, and then follow the instructions to pay. We use only PCI compliant card service providers. Your cottage owner should never ask you for your card details, nor will they ask you to send payment to anything other then the bank details provided on booking.
You can check your personalised on-line booking confirmation at any time. The unique link which is emailed to you when you make a booking, and on every message sent will provide you with access to this. Your personal details are not re-disclosed on this view.
We expect our accommodation owners to act ethically, and treat you fairly, and it is important to us that you can trust booking via our services. We will seek to disconnect any holiday accommodation which falls short of our ethical values if such matters are brought to our attention and cannot be satisfactorily resolved.
