Making a booking

Each website is slightly different but generally you will be able to browse through the accommodation and see a calendar of availability or make a search across all of the availability. Simply hover over the date in the calendar where you would like to start your booking and the basic price and availability will show in a hover box. Click the date to start your booking. Set the options which usually affect the end price. If your happy you can click to make the booking. Fill in your details and your booking is made.

Making a Payment

Once you have a booking you need to pay at least a deposit. Most of our customers use SagePay who are a Payment Card Industry Accredited provider. You are in fact safer using them as their core business is secure card payments, and nobody has access to your card details they are all encrypted used once and destroyed. The booking will be held for a period of time dependent on your chosen payment method and time to your booking, but then cancelled automatically if a payment or further contact is not received.

Changing Your Booking

Depending on the accommodation owners rules you may be able to completely change your booking yourself or at a minimum can place some notes on your account for someone to action.

Automated Emails

Livebooking uses automated emails to confirm your booking, and any changes made to it. It will also send you arrival instructions around 14 days before your holiday, but you can get them at any time by using the booking link that you already have to access them. The aim is to reduce the calls to the business so please do check the information on their website. If you have a quick enquiry or change request the best option is to use self service or add a note to your account so that in the case of agencies the accommodation owner sees your note as well.
